In order to process your order quickly, we need the following details from you:
At Loyal Medicals we ensure your orders are delivered to your satisfaction.
We are ready to accept return for orders if:
- You have received items that does not match your order.
- The items that delivered in damaged condition.
- The item supplied is due to expire in three months.
- The above issues are identified upon delivery and informed immediately with relavant photos via WhatsApp or call.
We do not accept returns in following situations
- Partially used, opened.
- Items expired post purchase (More than three months after purchase)
- Items required special storage conditions.
- If your order is not eligible for return
